SHIPPING THE AUTOLOADER
This chapter describes the process of returning the autoloader for service.
If you need to return the autoloader for service, first contact your service
provider. If your service provider instructs you to return the autoloader
directly to Exabyte, contact Exabyte Technical Support (see page iii) to obtain a
Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address.
When you have the RMA number, follow these instructions.
PREPARING THE AUTOLOADER FOR SHIPPING
To prepare the autoloader for shipping:

1. Remove all of the cartridges from the autoloader. (See page 66 for
instructions.) Make sure that the tape drive does not contain a cartridge.
